When you request a lesson or contact us

We save your name, job title, business name, business email and telephone number, plus the enquiry you send us. We use these to provide starter lesson access and respond to your training or service enquiry. Do not include passwords, card details or sensitive personal information.

If you choose the optional tips and updates checkbox, we record that choice and its date. We do not add people who leave it unticked to marketing campaigns. Marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option.

Hosting and lead handling

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiries are stored securely on the website. We pass enquiry details to Go High Level to email our team at hello@letselevate.co.uk. We review enquiry records and remove information we no longer need. Contact us if you would like a specific enquiry removed.

Starter lesson access cookie

After you submit the starter lesson form, a necessary access cookie lets you reopen the lesson for up to 24 hours. It contains a random access token, not your contact details. It is not used for advertising.

Website measurement

We count page loads, course-interest clicks, starter lesson requests and service enquiries using our own website. We do not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies, fingerprinting or cross-site visitor identifiers. Counters are approximate events, not unique people.

For submitted enquiries we retain standard campaign labels such as source, medium and campaign, when present in your link. We discard other query parameters and do not include raw query strings in event reports. Do not put personal information into campaign labels. Hosting services may process technical request data as part of operating the website.

Payments and your choices

Checkout is not yet open. No card details are collected by this website. You can use public advice pages without completing a form. See Lets Elevate’s wider privacy information for further details.
